How do I add rounded corners to an image?

Will the corners stay clear?

Yes. The download is PNG, so the outside of each corner stays clear. JPEG cannot keep that clear area.

What does Circle mode do?

Circle sets the radius to half the short side. A square becomes a disc of the whole frame. A wide photo becomes a pill. It does not punch a smaller circle you can drag. That is Circle Crop.

Can each corner be different?

Yes. Switch to Corners and set each corner as a percent of the short side. Squircle is a softer app-icon curve on the full frame.

Does this upload my photos?

No. Rounding runs in your browser. If HEIC will not open, convert with HEIC to JPG first. GIF uses the first frame.
