1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Nixrey (nixrey.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of service

Nixrey provides free, browser-based tools including image and PDF processing, text and writing utilities, developer helpers, calculators, security-related utilities, and other features offered on the site. Unless we clearly state otherwise for a specific feature, processing of files and inputs you provide to those tools happens in your web browser. we do not receive those files or inputs on our servers for that processing.

3. Use of service

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the service in a harmful way
• Not use the service to process content that violates any applicable laws
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or underlying infrastructure

4. Your content

You retain ownership of and responsibility for any files, text, and other content you use with Nixrey. For tools that run locally in your browser, we do not access, store, or claim rights over that content for processing. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any materials you use with our tools.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Nixrey is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements. Output quality and performance depend on your browser, device, and inputs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nixrey and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or loss of quality during processing.

7. Analytics and privacy

We use usage and performance analytics as described in our Privacy Policy (including Google Analytics with your consent where applicable, and Vercel Analytics). By using Nixrey, you acknowledge that this technical and usage data may be processed as set out there.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Heidelberg, Germany shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Nixrey, to the extent permitted by law.
