Frequently Asked Questions
Drag pages to set order on one PDF. This is a different job from Merge.
Is this the same as Merge?
No. Merge on /merge-pdf combines multiple PDFs into one. Reorder changes page order inside a single PDF.
Does reordering reduce quality?
No. Reorder changes page order only. It does not re-encode images or claim a quality boost.
What does the × on a page do?
The × drops that page from this reorder. Page order is still the job. To delete pages as the job, use Remove PDF Pages at /remove-pdf-pages.
What about 500+ page PDFs?
Long PDFs keep a windowed page list. Drag the pages on screen. The rest stay in order and appear as you scroll. Reorder still takes one file.
What if my PDF is encrypted?
This tool cannot process a password-protected PDF here. Unlock it first on /pdf-password, then come back with the unlocked file.
How do I verify privacy?
Reorder runs in your browser. Your PDF is not uploaded to a NixRey server. The page may load app and worker code like any website. That is not your PDF upload.
