CropBox sets the visible area. It does not delete content or resize paper.
What does CropBox change vs delete content?
Crop sets the visible CropBox. It does not hard-delete page content. Content outside the CropBox may remain in the file. Use /redact-pdf when you need burn-in removal.
All pages vs each page separately?
All pages applies one CropBox to every page. Each page separately lets you draw a CropBox per page.
Does crop shrink file size?
Usually not much. CropBox changes what viewers show. It is not Compress. For a smaller file, open /compress-pdf.
Is this the same as Resize PDF?
No. Crop sets the visible CropBox. Resize changes paper size on /resize-pdf. Crop does not change the page dimensions.
Do you auto-trim white margins?
Not in this remint. Auto-trim stays later. Drag the CropBox yourself.
What if my PDF is encrypted?
This tool cannot process a password-protected PDF here. Unlock it first on /pdf-password, then come back with the unlocked file.
How do I verify privacy?
Crop runs in your browser with pdf.js and pdf-lib. Your PDF is not uploaded to a NixRey server. Press F12 and open the network panel. The page may load app code. That is not your PDF.
