Numbers are Helvetica text. This page numbers one PDF.
Where can I place the numbers?
Use the 9-cell position picker: corners, edges, or center. Default is bottom center. Margin sets the inset from the edge. Preview updates on every thumbnail before you apply.
What formats are available?
Four formats: 1 · Page 1 · 1 of N · - 1 -. Numbers render as Helvetica text. Size is Small · Medium · Large.
Can I set a starting number?
Yes. Set the first number on the rail. Later pages count up from there. The default is 1.
Can I number only some pages?
No. This tool numbers every page. To number part of a file, split it first on /split-pdf, then add numbers. Skipping the first page is not shipping.
Do you support Bates numbering?
No. Bates numbering is not shipping on this tool.
Can I number several PDFs at once?
No. This tool numbers one PDF. A ZIP of several numbered PDFs is not shipping.
What if my PDF is encrypted?
This tool cannot process a password-protected PDF here. Unlock it first on /pdf-password, then come back with the unlocked file.
How do I verify privacy?
Numbering runs in your browser. Your PDF is not uploaded to a NixRey server. The page may load app and worker code like any website. That is not your PDF upload.
