Is the mark tamper-evident or PAdES / PKCS#7?
No. This is not a PAdES or PKCS#7 digital signature. Image marks can be moved or edited by anyone with a PDF editor. That humility is intentional.
Does a visual mark prove legal validity?
A visual mark is appearance only. It is not legal advice and not a guarantee of enforceability. If you need a certificate seal or multi-party request flow, use a dedicated e-sign product · not this tool.
Can I protect the PDF after I sign?
